Frequently Asked Questions

Luxury Without The Lie

Frequently asked questions

Are these diamonds real?

Yes! Every diamond I sell is IGI certified and comes with its own unique number and certification. All diamonds—whether natural or lab grown—are a 10 on the Mohs hardness scale, which means they’re the hardest gemstone in the world. The only difference between a natural and a lab diamond is where they come from. Chemically, physically, and visually, they are identical.

How is Evermore Diamonds so much less expensive?

Because I believe in honesty, transparency, and fairness. I’m a small business owner with a passion for diamonds, and my goal is to make luxury jewelry accessible without the unreasonable markups. You get the same certified quality, but at the best possible price.

When will I get my order?

These are custom made! It will take 3-4 weeks to get your order to you.

Why Lab Diamonds?

Lab grown diamonds are a smart, ethical, and eco-friendly choice. They are conflict-free, sustainably created, and far better for the environment than traditional mining. Best of all, you’re getting the same stunning sparkle and durability as a mined diamond—without the guilt or the huge markup.

Diamond Education

✨ Cut

The cut isn’t about shape (round, oval, cushion, etc.)—it’s about how well the diamond has been crafted to reflect light. A well-cut diamond will sparkle brilliantly, while a poorly cut one may look dull, no matter its size or clarity.

✨ Color

Diamonds are graded on a scale from D (colorless) to Z (light yellow or brown). The closer a diamond is to being colorless, the rarer and more valuable it is. That said, near-colorless diamonds (like G–J) often look just as stunning once set in jewelry, at a better value.

✨ Clarity

Clarity refers to how “clean” a diamond is on the inside and outside. Diamonds may have natural inclusions or blemishes formed during creation. These are graded from Flawless (no visible inclusions even under 10x magnification) to Included (inclusions visible to the naked eye). Many inclusions are so tiny they can’t be seen without a jeweler’s loupe.

✨ Carat

Carat measures weight—not size. One carat equals 200 milligrams. Larger diamonds are rarer, but carat weight alone doesn’t determine beauty. A smaller, well-cut diamond can outshine a bigger one with poor cut.

Recommendation: To get the BEST value, choose a diamond with a G color and a VS1 clarity.
